While firedancing is not traditionally from Fiji, our guests have never seemed to mind. Together with Polynesian dancing, Fijian dancing and even getting our guests to participate, Friday nights at Aquarius On The Beach give you a great photo opportunity as well as a chance to jump in.
J. Land – my daughter & I stayed at the Aquarius last Feb on our way to NZ. spent 3 nights………we had a great time & loved the hammocks!!!!!

A YouTube video was uploaded by the Hawaiian dance troupe that performed at Aquarius On The Beach in June. Check it out below:
Not your usual Hawaiian dance performance, but a glimpse at the “real” Hawaiian culture. It features chant, dance and singing of traditional Hawaiian songs.
From this Sunday onwards, every Sunday is Brunch On The Beach at Aquarius On The Beach hotel in Wailoaloa, Nadi.
Enjoy special Brunch dishes (none over F$9.00!), live acoustic guitar and singers, our famous friendly service right to your table around the pool or on the beach.
This is definitely the way to spend a lazy Sunday! Relax, chat, eat and drink…
With the ocean breeze cooling your skin from the bright Nadi sun, there is no better place to spend the afternoon than around the pool at Aquarius On The Beach! Many of our in-house guests are chilling out and cooling off on a hammock, in the pool or in the shade with a cold bottle of beer or chilled white wine. Wailoaloa Beach faces west, so the sunsets are even more glorious from our bures or hammocks.
Add to this the fantastic meals and snacks that emerge from our kitchen and it makes for the best Sunday you can imagine. Coming soon will be our special Brunch on the Beach with live entertainment!
Spend a romantic evening this Valentine’s Day at Aquarius On The Beach. Enjoy our special dinner menu inclusive of a free glass of champagne and a corsage for all the ladies. Share romance under the stars with our live acoustic guitarist and singers, playing your favorite love songs. Bookings are recommended!
Even though Fiji has had more than its share of rains in the last week, we’ve had several days now of glorious sunshine. We all hope it lasts. Nadi was badly flooded, but being on the beach, we were not badly affected. The road stayed open to the airport throughout the rains, despite the closure of the road to Nadi town for two days. Now we can relax and enjoy the best aspects of Fiji life – the sun, the beach and the warm temperatures!
It was a success! If you missed it, I’m sorry but you’ll have to wait ONE WHOLE YEAR to come to our next one. What did you miss? Polynesian beauties dancing, fire dancers, fireworks, a huge beach bonfire, a special dinner with both Fijian and European dishes with a free glass of champagne and a DJ that played until 4am. Now that was the way to ring in the New Year. Luckily it was far enough out on the beach so it didn’t disturb our in-house guests!
